Color Chooser Control Elements for Joomla 1.6?

Hello, I just read this tutorial at the official gantry website

It basically let template developers to add/remove elements from the admin color chooser. I would LOVE to do this for a custom template I am making. However it seems like the Tutorial is written for Joomla 1.5 Gantry.
The Tutorial is asking me to find this styledeclaration.php file under /components/com_gantry/features/styledeclaration.php.
Although I see it there in my Joomla 1.5 install of gantry, but its not there on Joomla 1.6 gantry. Did you guys change the way it works? or the feature is coming soon for Joomla 1.6 installs?

- nvm, I found it. Its under libraries in Joomla 1.6
