gantryupdates.class.php Error

I ran the latest Gantry update on my site yesterday and am now getting the following error in all of my RT templates...
"Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /***/libraries/gantry/core/gantryupdates.class.php on line 119"
I also can not see any of my menu options in any of my tabs.
System info:
PHP Version: 5.2.9
Web Server: Apache/2.2.9 (Fedora)
WebServer to PHP Interface: apache2handler
Joomla! 2.5.1 Stable [ Ember ] 2-Feb-2012 14:00 GMT
Any suggestions?
