frontend menu drop downs not working

- I just discovered that if I turn on the billboard area on the subpages the drop down navs work properly. There's something that's loading with the billboard that is making the nav work, or the converse. The same is true with the RokAjaxSearch function. Works when the billboard is on, but doesn't when the billboard is not present.

- Looking at the server via FTP, I saw some of those js-blahblabhbalh.php files, like you pointed out in your attachment. I had my server host delete those and it hasn't changed anything on this site. Any other suggestions?

- As I already said, start disabling Joomla plugins and see if any of them is making problems. I can't suggest you anything else

I disabled all plugins with no effect.
I'm seeing now that each page of the site is looking for one of those js- files in the cache directory. It's hard coded in the head of the document. See attachment. Now without those files, the homepage drop downs aren't working either. I've asked my host to pull those files from our last back up and reinstall them. Is there different forum I should post this in, or do you know of someone else who may have had some experience with this? I'm not finding anything about this in the forums.

I still can't figure out why one has to have the billboard (or rotator) area active for the menu drop down items to work (or for the RokAjaxSearch to work as well). As a work around, I have a thinner billboard area displayed on the subpages (which actually looks really good) so that the drop downs and search work correctly there as well. So, this is not solved, but I do have a good acceptable work around.

This issue just popped up again. I have billboard rotators on in both the homepage template and the subpage template, but now Javascript is not working... no sliding menu dropdowns (they just appear), no billboard rotations, no Javascript functionality in the search. The site is live now and on it's own domain.

We made that move on Thursday. Everything was working Monday. Now today Javascript is not functioning. I don't know if this is a Gantry thing or if I need to go elsewhere in the forum for help.
A few error I'm seeing in Firebug consule:

- InputsExclusion is not defined

I'm trying to figure out what those errors mean and how to fix them. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
