Error admin side after gantry update .

After upgrading to gantry 3.2.18 and joomla 2.5.4, the administrative side is no longer manageable, all menus are gone.
I also tried to update to version 3.2.19 gantry and the same thing has happened.
A further test I made with only the update of the gantry, also in this case the beckend is not manageable.
I enclose a picture of the carryover.
At the time I reloaded the backup copy of a copy made before the update.
Suggest??
