problem with joomla cache and gantry splitmenu

Hi,
My environment is joomla 2.5.4 and gantry 3.2.19
I have tryed to use a template but by customer requirements I changed to use gantry directly, making a own style1.
I'm using a menu (roknavmenu in splitmenu way, no fusionmenu).
All is working fine and I prepared a test server and all continue running right.
When I enabled the joomla cache the splitmenu disappears.
I checked with firebug and noticed than the entry rt-splitmenu change to rt-fusionmenu when joomla cache is enabled, both conservative and progressive caching. The problem exists independently if gantry cache is enabled or disabled.
When joomla cache is disabled runs right, independently if gantry cache is enabled or disabled as well.
Obviously before each test I clean the joomla and browser caches.
Any solution?

Is anybody here can help us?
I attempted to publish RokNavMenu module with gantry-splitmenu layout on fresh install of Clarion Template (Joomla 2.5.1) and it is totally ruins my website. When I change settings to gantry-fusionmenu, I have no problem.
Please help us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm only asking to know if it is a bug and, in the case, if it will be solved (excellent to know when...)
After 1 month with no answer it means serious worries related with support capabilities
