Joomla Momentum Nav Sometimes Appears Squished

It just happened to me again in Safari and Chrome, both on a mac.
Nothing too weird is installed.
It's been happening more frequently since I added another item to our nav. Using Firebug if I remove the display:block from fusionmenu.css for both .menutop li.root > .item span and .menutop li > .item span it corrects itself.

- That's weird because this week I've bad a few people mention it to me. It doesn't happen every time just periodically. Most often when you click on something that is not in the main nav but is nested under a parent.
