Hello all,
I have a couple of Clarion sites and am not experiencing that problem. If anyone wants to PM me with temporary super admin access I will happily take a look.
Thanks for your patience

Follow the instructions provided by Gregory Motta. Essentially, you'll need to remove via Extensions Manager all references to gantry items and then re-install the latest "Bundle" package. Complete instructions are given in his response.
Thanks for the access. I noted the slow load but once loaded it worked correctly.
I noticed you had url rewrite set you yes so I disabled it and loading was quicker. Can you check your htaccess is actually renamed and being used and that it is set correctly for your server. It may be that you have a delay occurring.
Hope this helps

I just encountered this issue today. I recently updated to Joomla 2.5.4 but had not updated Gantry yet. I was toggling buttons in the template manager just fine. Then I noticed that Gantry needed updating so I used the Extensions Manager Update feature. I updated a short list of things that needed updating all at once and Gantry was in the list.
Shortly afterwards, I went back into the template to make a few changes and none of the buttons or dropdowns worked in the Template Manager anymore. The text fields are fine though. I figured that the way I updated might be the reason the Dev Team can't duplicate the problem. Just a thought.
Also, this is odd — the Gantry 'Overview' tab in the Template Manager references v3.2.16 but the blue 'The Gantry Framework is up-to-date!' box says I'm running v3.2.19.
This was my update history:
Joomla 2.5.2 --> 2.5.4
Gantry 3.2.16 --> 3.2.19
I'm using PHP 5.3.10
I am customizing the Gantry template so this is not in reference to a particular RocketTheme. I do have one Momentum and one Camber theme I'm afraid to update Gantry on now though. They are still at 3.2.16 and working fine.
First of all can you take a backup of your site (I use Akeeba) and then can you download the 3.2.19 version from here -
www.gantry-framework.org/download
- and try a reinstall of Gantry please.
The file is called gantry_joomla_framework-3.2.19.zip
Hope this helps

A reinstall of the Gantry framework didn't fix it. A study of the extensions showed that the framework was up to date but the template was not. I had assumed that both were. The framework and the template having the same name of 'Gantry' made me think they were both updated by the Extensions Manager at the same time. My mistake.
Now I understand the different references on the Overview tab inside my template. The main 'article' at the left now states "Gantry Template v.3.2.19" where previously is stated "Gantry Template v.3.2.16". In both cases, the blue box at the right said, "Gantry v.3.2.19 The Gantry Framework is up-to-date..."
I uninstalled my Gantry template, then installed the v3.2.19 template. Now all the toggles and dropdowns work fine in the template manager again. Now I just have to reinstate my custom CSS.
I tend to use a custom css style sheet and add it to the array in the index.php. That way all changes are saved and all I have to do is edit the index.php when I update the template.
