      I try to manager al my css in a template so
      how can i do to desactivate the Style Settings panel ( see the file joined) that seem to cancel some this css script

      The simple answer is not easily. If you are using the base Gantry template then style1.css contains only 19 lines of css in total. Just change it as required and use this to add your custom css.
