- thanks for the credentials. updating from version 2.0.4 to the latest version currently v. 2.0.6 solved this issue. You have several other extensions that need updating. Make a backup of the site using Akeeba and then update all your extensions.

I know this is a long dead topic, but I found it was recurring on my site again.
So here is how I fixed it. Not something that is on Google, so here you go!
Go to
Plugins: System - RokBox
Then
Core Options tab
Then choose
Enable under Backward Compatibility
