What are the Associated Gantry Plugins

I am working on upgrading a Gantry 3.2.19 site and feel that installing the Gantry 4.0.5 bundle might be a bad idea. I feel like I read something that said the bundle was only good for a first time install.
I see the bundle includes the default Gantry template for J2.5 + Framework for J2.5 + Associated
Plugins
Since I can not install the bundle I wan to make sure I have all the associated plugins installed.
Does anyone have a list of the Associated Plugins?

I was looking for the list of the plugins that are included with the bundle.
If I know the full list then I can check to make sure they are installed.
