Gantry Buttons Not Working In Template Manager

I have a site using Gantry Template v3.2.16 with Gantry 4.1.4
In templates manager for rt_gantry template the "Save" "Presets" "Clear Cache" & "Close" buttons do not work.
Error in the Firebug console is:
b is null

According to Firebug the error comes up in line 35 of this file:
libraries/gantry/admin/widgets/gantry.js?gantry_version=4.1.4
TypeError: b is null
This is line 35:
f.addEvent("change",function(){this.retrieve("gantry:values").each(function(h){var g=document.id("set-"+h);if(g&&b.value.toInt()){g.removeClass("selectedset-hidden-field");
I'm not a javascript person so if this is saying anything to anyone please let me know. - Take it to the edge.
