Template manager/Edit Style menutabs stopped being clickable

I'm using the Kirigami Joomla 3.0 template. Its v1.5 and gantry is v4.1.4.
The issue is that I cannot click on "style" "features" "menu" "layouts" "advanced" "assingments" anymore. All other links seem to work fine on the page.
What's strange is that this was working up until recently. I'm not sure when it stopped but today was when i discovered this issue. I recently installed K2 but i disabled all of it and still no change. Then I disabled all extensions that were installed recently and still I couldn't click on any of the menu tabs.
I searched high and low for at least a couple hours looking for an answer.. saw many similiar sounding issues but after trying their solutions still no luck so now I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

Here's something odd that I just found out... I started a fresh install of the template I was using and went into the Template Manager edit style area of it and it was working as expected.
Now heres the odd part, I clicked on the tab "Features" and then in a separate window with the old site loaded up I refreshed the page (on the broken template manager). When the page refreshed it now was on the same tab that the fresh install is on and I could access those settings.
Any clue why this is glitching so strangely?
