custom logo not working?

Hi, I have 4 different versions of the gantry template, with different colours on my site.
The tempaltes are changing OK, and I created some colour coded logos to go with them, and they were working OK. But now, they all just use the default logo.. I've tried deleting and reuploading.. but I can't get the custom logo's to display. I'm using the 'custom logo' feature in the template manager area.. I've cleared caches, cleared browser caches.. whats up? It used to work..
Site is v2.marlownailandbeauty.co.uk and you see the diff colours if you click on the salon / spa/ clinic eetc at the top. But the logo doesn't change to colour co-ordinate. - www.cityinsurance.co.uk

Hi there,
When you say 4 versions do you mean 1 master and 3 copies created via the Gantry template admin? Or are there 4 installations of Gantry template?

One master, and then 3 copies via gantry template admin
You can see them working when rotating through the pages, but not the custom logos. What do you think? - www.cityinsurance.co.uk

Hi there,
I am seeing an error in the console. It relates to RokSprocket Mosaic and when I checked it seems like you have an old version 1.6.1 when current is 1.8.3
Please take a backup and then update RokSprocket and see if that cures the problem.

Hi there,
OK - I tracked down the RokSprocket problem. You had a module published as mosaic and yet no content selected. I have unpublished it so now the errors are gone.
In your current template have you saved changes separately so you can update template? Yours is version 4.0.5 and current is 4.1.6

- Hi, yes, I've been putting changes in gantry-custom.css , so should be fine to update... I've been updating gantry relgiously whenever i see an update available.. so not sure why I'm not on the latest version? I'll look into it now, thanks David

I do have the latest version? I just checked, and it's saying this in the template admin area:
Gantry v4.1.6
The Gantry Framework is up-to-date!
You are running the latest version.
What makes you think I'm running 4.0.5 ? Maybe it's a clue
