Errors in main menu, and tabs spacing?

Hi, please see attached screenshot. Things look OK on desktop PC, but on my laptop, all the buttons/nav is squashed, and the same is happening on the tabs titles..
Am also finding that the 'per menu' styling isn't working with the latest updates.
Hope there are some solutions,
