Can not access Gantry in Joomla 3

Not sure what is going on but I can not access Gantry I get this error message
"No HTTP response code found"
Has anyone seen something like this before?
I have uninstalled akeeba backup and admin tools. I saw a post saying that could be a conflict.
I have joomla 3.0.3 Ganytry Frame work 4.1.7 and default gantry template 4.1.7

hi steven,
this error has been mentioned several times in our forum.
you may try to install rokupdatesclean to your site. then clean your joomla and browser cache and check if that fixes the issue.

Thanks so much! Worked perfectly.
1. After installing this extension does anything need to be uninstalled? (I do not think so)
2. Does this issue affect people that have installed earlier versions of Gantry?
3. Out of curiosity, what caused the issue, and what does rokupdatesclean fix?

hi steven,
rokupdatesclean can't be uninstalled as it isn't a component, module or plugin.
it just cleans up some database entries that were causing the 500 error.
