Is it possible to have titles for each column in a drop down

Hi, I have a drop down menu with 2 columns. Is it possible to give each one a 'title' ? ie.. italic text, with an underline or something, that sets it's styling seperate from the regular menu items, and doesn't become a link etc? I've had a play with grouping, but if you can tell me it's possible or not, it might save me some time
