How to stop mobile version loading desktop content?

Hi,
I have had problems to load my homepage on mobile. I have created different content for the mobile version, I have set my Positions Aliases in Gantry and I have assigned modules and everything seems to be ok.
However when I browse the website it loads for mobile but with the desktop content instead of mobile. I found out that I am able to load the mobile homepage only if I hit the HOME button.
What I could be doing wrong?
