I've installed the Gantry RocketLauncher for Joomla 3.0. It looks like the CSS is not loading. The same happened with just the framework and defaukt template. Once installing another RT like graffito it all works fine.
Looks like there are some classes missing.

check the directory permissions in the Joomla system information
if everything is writable there, If you like, you can PM me super admin and FTP login info so we can take a closer look

Not all the directories were writable. Changing the permissions solved the problem.
