Hi,
currently trying to improve my website's performance.
I am using Gantry on Joomla 3.1 with the Alerion Template.
So far so good but there is only one issue I have with the Gantry Framework in this case.
As I understand the JS files are merged and loaded into the html head.
Is there a way to load the merge JS in the bottom before the body since this a common best practise?
Is there a reason Gantry works this way and loads the JS in the head?

1. May I enquire how you obtained the Alerion template as you don't currently appear to have a paid membership?

I see that you are a new member and this your first post. Please note that all support requests need to placed in the correct forum, in this case Alerion.
As you are a new member with just one post can you please confirm when your Active subscription expired please? If you have never had an active subscription then please explain how you have the Alerion template.
We know that some people have placed our templates on 'free' sites and we are aware that in some cases the template has been tampered with before making it available to others. End result is hacked sites.

My subscription expired 7th July after 60 days without using the forum and I was indeed in an active membership before.
Anyway seems like that is Template specific (thought that's a general Gantry issue).
Since my active subscription expired, feel free to ignore my request.

Is this possible? I am having some performance issues on my site, and would like to enact as many perfomance standards as possible. I am aware that my hosting (shared) is part of the issue, as well as serving unused css and js code, but can't afford VPS, CDN or the time consuming tasks of going through line by line removing unused code. The site is working fine, it's just a bit slow. So I want to make my site as fast as possible without ditching my bells and whistles.
Is there a way to move the java portion of the rokbooster results to the bottom of the page? Is this a feature in the works? is it possible/not possible? I have rokbooster working very well on my sites, so it would be slick if I could load the java at the end but still get the benefits of only one request of my combined and compressed JS that rokbooster provides.
