SOLVED Gantry and J 3.1.4 update

Hello,
I have face many problems since I make the update to 3.1.4 and most of them have been solved after applying the patch

but this is not the case with Gantry template manager.
I'm not able any more to access the template manager. Instead, I get the default page preview with module positions. Is it only my problem or is it a bug? Any idea?

it's no stupid because clicking on the name should work.
I guess it has something to do with the options > "enable preview positions" or so.
I haven't checked yet since I didnt install 3.1.4
