Mobile menu Problem

Hi,
I am using the latest Gantry Template Rocketlancher for Joomla 3.1. If I use the drop down menu the select box doesn't activate on the mobile view. Regardless of the setting it is always a panel. That would be ok but when the panel is selected it always reloads the home page and then goes away. If I'm real fast and select another page it seems to work. and the panel works from other pages. only when I use it from the home page it auto reloads. Now when I use the split menu the select box works and the panel menu works although in a different way.
I really would like to have the select box working with the drop down menu or at least have the panel menu not reload the home page when ever you access it from the home page.
Any advice appreciated- Kind of stumped here.

Upon further investigation I have discovered that with roksprocket disabled, the panel does not reload and works properly. However, the select box still is not showing with the drop down menu selected. Only when split menu is selected. Other than installing roksprocket the install is stock from the launcher.
Still need some expert advice.

Have you tried setting or adding to the roksproket to module class "hidden-phone"
?

No because I want roksprocket to be on the phone size. I am assuming there is a javascript conflict but I think bootstrap runs from jquery and roksproket from mootools. So that is a major hurdle to get over but still don't understand why select box doesn't work with the drop down menu selected.
So I am still looking for ideas to solve the problem(s).
