    Posted 11 years 1 month ago
    • Hello

      I don't know what i've done... i'm sure that i only added articles in my site ( www.casteretgrupoexplora.com ), but today the menu does not work fine. I cannot acces submenus, they dissapear when i put cursor over it, and font size is different. Can someone help me? Thank you very much.

    • lots of errors

      validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2F...ctype=Inline&group=0

      start unpublishing articles until it works, then figure out what bad code you have in said article.

    • looks like you're adjusting things at the moment, do post if you still have issues... I can't look at anything at the moment do to a php error that's loading on your site... reinstalling the template might be a good idea as well.

    • The errors on the W3C validator that concern me most are the </li> tags that aren't closed

      Example: Line 1245, Column 692: end tag for "li" omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified

      I looked at it a little more... you put in some custom css that's screwing up your submenus
      ul.menutop li.root > .item > span {
      padding-top: 12px;
      padding-bottom: 12px;
      }

      it's the padding-bottom specifically... you create a gap that a mouse cursor can't traverse and so the submenu doesn't stay in "hover" mode if you will... you should always test any custom code thoroughly AND mention it in a forum post if youre having an issue with an element you've put some custom styling on

    • thank you very much, now, at least, menu works better, but mosaic rocksprocket down still dont works, and the slide, both things worked some days ago. Perhaps if I reinstall template could work again?

      thank you again for your help

    • reinstalling the template can sometimes help... it looks like you're doing css overrides correctly so as long as you haven't modified any template files directly you should be safe to reinstall the template... I recommend backing up your site first

    • Hi
      got the same issue after updating from gantry framework joomla 4.1.20 to 4.1.22.

      Roksprocked stopped working
      Fusion menu shows submenu but I can't access them cause they disappear immediately after moving the cursor away from the mains...

      Fixed temporarily by installing an old 4.1.20 version.

      Made a backup on another server...

      See the original working after downgrading:

      www.eurotunnels.eu/

      See the wrong one with gantry 4.1.22 left on a temporary server:

      eurotunnels.altervista.org/et/

      Template is: ionosphere

      Regards,
      Gianluca
