  • Override com_content/featured not working...

    • Hello, I'm using Joomla 3.2.3 with the latest version of gantry and modifying the gantry starter template. I am trying to use joomla template overrides for the com_content/featured items and I can't get the override to apply.

      I have copied the default items from the components/com_content/featured/tmpl folder into the following:

      /templates/gantry/html/com_content/featured
      /templates/gantry/html/joomla/3.0/com_content/featured

      From my searches the second one above should work but I can't get it to apply. I searched through the documentation a few times and cant seem to find any information.

      I have cleared all the caches but I still can't seem to get it to work. I use joomla template overrides all the time outside of gantry templates and haven't had any issues.

      Can anyone provide instructions or clarification on what needs to be where in order to override the core views?

      /templates/gantry/html/joomla/3.2/

      /templates/<template-name>/html/joomla/3.3/com_content/category/blog.php
