W3C HTML5 Validation problem on blog display

I am getting a W3C validation error on blogs. If I enable the page heading display on the menu link, this error is not encountered but, sometimes, you don't want the page heading to display on some blogs. Is RocketThemes aware of this problem?

I don't think calling it an "error" is really accurate. You page should have gotten "This document was successfully checked as HTML5!" as the message you pointed out is cited by W3C as only "Below is a list of the warning message(s) produced when checking your document." a warning. - Last Edit: 10 years 1 month ago by DanG.

You are correct. It is a warning and not an error. Would you know any workaround so that even the warning does not show up, other than displaying the page header?
