    • Hi

we are using a rt_levithian template on our website. we did an upgrade to joomla 3.4.1 and now we are experience some problems with the template and specially with the template manager. we are unable to edit any value there. whole thing is just like disable. can't change the layout and other options from template manager.

      any idea for that.

      we are seeing this error

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fireEvent' of undefined
      XHR finished loading: POST " www.haunted411.com/administrator/index.p...emplate=rt_leviathan ".

      on tips.js file

please help us out here as this is one of the main problem we are facing now.

      thanks

    • You're using v1.6 of leviathan - latest version is v1.8 - please update this (backup first).

Make sure that all RT products are up-to-date (backup before updating anything), clear server and browser cache after you have updated.

      Regards, Mark.

    • Weird - it works now...

Anyway... this is caused by cloudflare - please disable cloudflare on your server and clear it's cache. You don't need to be using a CDN unless you are a multinational and need to serve pages from a local country based server.

      Regards, Mark.
