footer section won't go all the way to bottom. 20px gap

- Hi. I inherited a pretty complex Joomla Gantry website and I'm trying to figure out why I can't get the footer to push all the way to the bottom. There is about a 20px gap between the footer and the bottom of the browser, thus the background image shows through. When the site is loaded, it intitally puts the footer all the way at the bottom like it should for about a second then it pops it up 20px. Website is: cosi.org. Oddly enough the developmental site, dev.cosi.org, behaves like it should but I have been unable to find the difference causing the main website footer to have that footer gap. Any help would be vastly appreciated!

There a whole ton of scripts at the bottom of you page - several of which contain iframe and img tags with 1px dimensions?
