One more Fusion/Gantry Menu Question

For some reason, I cannot get 2/3/4 column menus to work. I helped set up a friends joomla site with you guys and the roknav setup was really easy, but for some reason when i set the menu to show 2-3 colums, it just piles everyhting ontop of eachother, if i specify a width (ex: 300) it actually makes 3 colums, but all ontop of eachother in a straight line.

i will try to not mess with it anymore for now so you can see it.
the catalog is set to have 3 columns, 300px wide, evenly, and no child grouping.
it still just makes 1 long column.

- also, even though i cant get it to work right YET... do you guys offer the plugin that makes it work for other wordpress sites? ie: I could really use a menu system like this on one of my other sites.
