Modulus theme not working

  • Modulus theme not working

    • Hi,
      I installed Modulus theme and whenever i activate it, the website stops working and I get the following on home page. That's the only thing that I get on the home page and nothing else.

      FEBRUARY 26, 2012

      Other Rocket Themes such as "Syndicate" are working properly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    • Hi, if you have multiple Rocket Theme templates installed, there can be an error with the Gantry Menu widget. Remove the menu widget from the other themes before you activate Modulus and see if that helps. If not, please enable debugging in your wp-config file and let us know what error message you are getting.

      I now have the same error - a theme that has always worked up until just recently and in debug mode I am getting the attached errors.

      Please note I DO NOT have multiple themes installed.

    • What do you have installed? There aren't any Fatal Errors that I can see, but there is one message coming from the SI Contact form - what happens if you disable that plugin? What happens if you disable all third party plugins?

      Looks to be a plugin conflict to me, just based on what is in your screen shot. I have no knowledge of anything else that might be going on with your installation.

    • I have disabled all plugins and this has made no difference. Still the same issues.

    • Okay. Is there any further information you can supply us about your website, your hosting, your PHP environment, or anything else that might give us a hint as to why this is happening? The theme does not do this normally, so whatever is causing it is specific to your environment.

      Generally, a link and some information about your setup in the original question can help us provide a better answer. A screen shot of some errors does not provide enough information for us to offer anything other than guesses in most cases. If you would like to PM me your link, your admin login and FTP information I can take a look.
