How to remove comments from some pages

I would like to keep comments on some pages, but not all on this dev site:

For instance leaving comments off of the contact page, the privacy policy, and others.
I do not see an option to leave them off in the individual page/post admin.
Can this be done?

This can easily be achieved with overrides. Create an override and set the Style -> Use Wordpress Comments to Off, then assign this override to the pages you don't want the comments section to appear. Set this option to On in the default override so that the comments still shows up for the rest of the site.
