  • Front page content has suddenly disappeared?

    • Hi there,
      I'm using a purchased theme from WooDoo, but since the WP upgrade to 3.5 they aren't supporting me on this :-(

      I haven't done anything within the presents since yesterday when the homepage was just fine, but now none of the main body/bottom widgets are loading. All I get is my logo/menu/header & footer areas. I've tried validating the markup and everything seems fine (it doesn't tell me there are any missing closed divs or anything.

      HELP! It's supposed to launch tomorrow!

      I should note that the interior pages seem to load fine, it's just the homepage that does not.

    • Hi, you have several Javascript errors on all of your pages, coming from some sort of shortcode plugin you are using. There doesn't appear to be an issue with Gantry that I can see, all I can suggest is disabling all plugins you are using to see if one or more of them is causing this issue.

    • Thanks. Sadly, after disabling all plugins except for Gantry, it's still exactly the same. I did try going to Settings>Reading and telling it to display a page, but of course that creates content on the page that I don't want.

      I'm very sad and frustrated right now :-(

    • The only thing I can think of is to check the advanced theme settings to see if display component or display main body is set to off. There is nothing loading on your page other than the menu.

      Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of how this theme was built or what this developer did. If you want to PM me your login I can take a look, but I honestly have no idea if I can fix it or not.
