Error when upgrading Gantry from 4.0.7 to 4.0.8

Hi,
I run www.klarabygg.se . I use Wordpress 3.5.1 and wanted to upgrade to latest WP-version. But before that I tried to upgrade Gantry Framework from 4.0.7 to 4.0.8. That is when the follow error occurred.
When upgrading:
"An error occurred while updating Gantry Template Framework: Could not remove the old plugin.."
When I try to access Gantry from admin:
"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."
When visiting the site:
"Fatal error: Call to a member function displayHead() on a non-object in /storage/content/62/109062/klarabygg.se/public_html/wp-content/themes/rt_panacea_wp/index.php on line 13"
