Gantry installed... but dont work

both the site are on the same account, it's a multidomain
for the second one i've put (by ftp) a folder with the installation with the all-in-one pakage for the first one not ... and why the first dont work ... i can install plugin and theme ... why dont work?
i've also tryed to install the theme and the plugin in my personal development server ... and dont work ... install ok but same error .. is there more to know about the plugin?

Please let me know when it's restored and we'll take a look at the Theme. - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. I've used a preinstalled module from ovh ... i've called them to have full access to my ftp directory and be free to install from the folder i want (this is not your problem but a problem by the hosting service ... and they will fix it soon) ... right now on ftp i've a new wp installation ... i need them (OVH) to let me use it as site folder.
the problem with your theme still remain because i install the mod from the admin pannel and they dont work ... give me an install order... if there is one ... there is some issue in charging plugin by admin pannel.
now ... i've extended the possibility to understand the problem by creating another site without preinstalled module by ovh ... so now it has the same characteristics of the working one ... can u give me some advice?

I get that you have 1 site working and I guess now 2 others that don't... you may say they have the "same characteristics" but don't work... but obviously something is different...
Of the 2 sites not working, only one is online... and the one that is online you have not provided admin login details for, we'll need those... again though, we need the backend to be set to English so we can help you troubleshoot this - SEARCH the forum first! there are two sites with the same characteristics.
The only difference is the installation of wordpress.
the only one that works is the one with your pre-configured installation
For the third site I'm working with the hosting service provider to have the conditions of the first working website
As for the data that you need
I put them inside the secure section

You stated that you issue is resolved for one site. Can your same fix be applied to the other site? If you need us to look at it we'll need login credentials and the backend set to english... and please tell us what you did to resolve the first site.

- Edit your wp-config.php and replace existing line "define ('WPLANG', 'it');" to "define ('WPLANG', '');".
