Gantry installed... but dont work

In my personal webserver (at home) i've 2 type of installaion the one you premade (with Epsilon theme) and one fresh.
The first one (premade) work the other not.
i've seen there is a difference in plugin (Rockcommon library is missing in the plugin download section for epsilon theme from the site)
Now... i've a OVH space also, and i've put there wp and gantry and also the Rockcommon library (i've found it in another of your theme, the Paradigm theme, into the plugin .zip file).
I've done all the installation. I've not seen any error .. but i cant see gantry framework work.
The installed plugin are:
- Gantry Template Framework - ver 4.1.2
- RokCommon Library - ver 3.1.10
The installed theme are:
- Gantry theme for wordpress
- Paradigm
How can i make the plugin work?

What do you mean it doesn't work? Are these new sites? I recommend using the Paradigm Rocketlauncher... - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

Hi, thanks for the wellcome...
no, one of them is not a new site so i need to change theme ... anyway it is simply a plugin and a theme ... so why the framework dont work?
By dont work i mean that all the gantry framework setting dont load, i cant do a theme preview also. - Last Edit: 10 years 4 months ago by Emanuele.

Please fill out the life saver icon... it's all the way to the right in your full reply post here.... need to make sure you have the system requirements needed for Gantry

I've all the requirement because one of the site (the new one) have a fresh install ... and i've used the pack with wp and mod u have done ... and it works ... so... why the other one dont work? ... same hosting provider, same contract ... ecc ... btw the hosting provider is OVH
since theme are mod u install ... why dont work?
secure tab permit a direct comunication like email?

- Secure tab is visible to all moderators and RT staff alike, no one else besides you and us can see it... you can of course use temporary credentials if you'd like

The first one... is it a hosted wordpress.com site or are you using the wordpress standalone software?

Yes the first one is a premade module by ovh ... i've already called the support to install wp like i do in my personal web server ... i'm still waiting their response
i cant translate the backend to eng sorry ... for me there is not problem... but they installed me this version ... anyway have you any clue on how to fix?
sure it will be more simple if u install the premade pack

Wordpress.com accounts don't allow custom themes, at all... you can purhcase the ability to customize an existing wp.com theme but you cannot upload a 3rd party theme.
Once you've migrated to your own hosting on your own WP install you can install Gantry/RT Theme at that point - Last Edit: 10 years 4 months ago by Matt.
