Sorry, maybe I made a stupid question and my english is poor but I don't understand your response.
I try to rephrase the question: How can I create a new category for the "Links Category"? And can I create the links?

You would create a post category same as you always would in Word Press... Posts > Categories > New
and then the part about "creating the links" I don't understand... do you want a widget that is then a menu with links to every post that is in a particular category? - Last Edit: 10 years 9 months ago by Matt.
