Hi,
A site I'm working on has lots of content that can belong to one of four categories. I have the Show Post Category enabled and linked. The client would like to see all of the categories to which the post is assigned. Is there code that I can add to /rt_gantry_wp/html/content/content-single.php to display an array of categories?

Try adding this and i think all category will appear...
