SOLVED Mobile Menu Button Does Not Work

Problem: Clicking on the mobile menu icon in browers smaller than 767px does nothing.
Expected: Clicking the menu icon should open the mobile menu panel.
Wordpress: 4.3.1
Gantry Framework: 4.1.8
Custom CSS File: dev.lynnekoy.com/wp-content/themes/rt_ga...custom.css?ver=4.1.8
Any ideas?
