Symbols display as Unicode in Title

Noticed an issue for a little while now when using the Wordpress Posts Gantry 5 particle to display posts. When using symbols, so far have confirmed with on the ampersand and apostrophe. If you see the screen shots below you can see the particle I'm using, how it looks when it's diplayed in a list of posts and then the correct display on the actualy posts page.
Anyone else seen this or have a way to fix it? Besides removing the symbols. I recently tested this on a clean install of Wordpress and Gantry 5 so it should be happening everywhere.

You need to add this file:
github.com/gantry/gantry5/blob/develop/e...ntentarray.html.twig
to your custom/particles/ directory and edit line 56 with this:
{{ display.title.limit ? post.title|truncate_text(display.title.limit)|raw : post.title|raw }} - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!
