New container in Gantry?

I'm using Studius theme for WordPress. I want my logo and the two rows of links to the right to fit nicely at the top of the page and not waste a lot of vertical space. How do I get the logo to cover the two rows? Can I build a Container similar the Sidebar / Main / Aside arrangement that is included with the theme by default?
