Outlines problem

Hello,
I've been using the Requiem theme for a few years now without any problems, but lately, when I wanted to add a new outline, I just get a greyed-out window with no way to access the different outlines page. Any ideas?

Please make sure you're running the latest versions of Gantry and Requiem
What version of PHP are you running?
Try disabling ALL 3rd party plugins except Gantry and see if the issue clears.
You can try (backup first) deleting yaml files here: /custom/config/manu/*.yaml - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

Hello Matt,
I have the last two versions of Gantry and Requiem.
I'm using php 8.2
I deactivated all plugins except gantry, but my problem persists.
On the other hand, I couldn't find the .yaml files, but I'm on wordpress, and I think you gave me the address for joomla sites, didn't you? I hope so...
If you have another idea ??

same in wordpress... wp_content/themes/[themename]/custom/config/menu/
Please post the version numbers of Gantry and Requiem that you're running.
Does you host do any caching? When you disabled all your plugins is there any page caching or otherwise in you webhosting panel that you also clear? - Last Edit: 3 weeks 3 days ago by Matt.

I couldn't remember where the theme files were located!
I have version requiem 1.5.0 and gantry 5.5.19
I deleted the .yaml files. No change.
I have an extension to empty the cache, but no change when I deactivate it either. I still have this gray banner when I want to go to “Outlines”.
I've found a way to compensate by creating my folders via ftp, which gives me a solution but doesn't solve the problem!

Is this an older install... maybe started with a much older version of Requiem (did you use the RocketLauncher?) and has been upgraded over the years?
If so... look for an install.php file in your /wp-content/ folder, back it up, and delete it.
