Gantry 3.0 Upgrade for Crystalline

Hey Guys,
I am following all the instructions for upgrading Gantry to the 3.0 version.
I am trying to do Step 4
Step 4 - Add WebFonts Element
1.<param name="linkcolor" type="colorchooser" default="#cc0000" label="LINK_COLOR" description="LINK_COLOR_DESC" />
After:
1.<param name="webfonts" type="chain" label="WEBFONTS" description="WEBFONTS_DESC">
2. <param name="enabled" type="toggle" default="1" label="SHOW" />
3. <param name="source" type="selectbox" default="google" label="WEBFONTS_SOURCE">
4. <option value="google">Google Font Directory</option>
5. </param>
6.</param>
But that original piece of code does not show up in the templateDetails.xml file.
Where do I need to put the new WebFonts Element code? - _______________________________________

I upgraded reaction and things didn't line up perfectly either; do a search for something similar and am sure you'll be able to find it.
Perhaps just search for colorchooser or LINK_COLOR
I haven't updated my Crystalline yet but when I do I'll give you the specifics.

Edit: Since this is an XML file, it really shouldn't make too much of a difference where it's displayed. The order just shows where it'll be in the template parameters. R - My Sites:

hi all,
not all the gantry templates have the exact same templatedetails.xml file, so the tutorial should be seen as a general guide.
especially crystalline is a bit more complex because of the colorchooser feature.
to help with the manual update of crystalline, i am attaching some screenshots from my file compare application. please note, that the official crystalline update itself should be out very soon.
on the left you will see the original crystalline 1.5.5 templatedetails.xml, on the right the one from the upgrade.
the blue line shows where in the original file the code got added.
step1: remove extra version tag
(optional)
step2: add mobile positions
