    • i use XAMPP for Mac and try to install the gantry_joomla_framework-3.0.8.zip package.
      He sais "Failed to move file". In which directory do i have to place the package?
      Do i have to use "Install from Directory" for local use?

    • As you're using a UNIX OS, you'll just use
      chmod
      to change permissions. If your web root directory isn't owned by the proper user/group, you can use
      chown
      to change ownership permissions. More information is available at: support.apple.com/kb/HT2963?viewlocale=en_US

    • You can add them to any of the stylesheets, but I typically add them to the template.css stylesheet for consistency.
