Can't Edit Gantry Template

Hello,
Ok just tried a couple of rockettheme templates with a fresh RocketLauncher install locally using WAMP, and whenever I try to modify a GANTRY template the page shows only HTML code as shown in the attachments... any ideas?
the image somax1.jpg shows that I have selected to edit the somaxiom template.
the image somax2.jpg shows the result.
Now this has happened with somaxiom and quantive using rocketlauncher locally on my laptop.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
