SOLVED! How to have absolute links to stylesheets?

Hi,
For some reason unknown yet, quite a bit of my site gets messed up because the stylesheets won't load properly. They do on the frontpage, dthregister, but not on com_content, contact, k2, docman, kunena, etc. Firebug has learned me that if I change the link to the style sheets to absolute URL, this problem is no longer there.
The funny thing is, this only happens on second and following loads of the page, so it'll be an cache-issue.
Now, how do I go about on changing the links to the style-sheets (and javascript too) to absolute urls? I use rt-kinetic. I've searched these fora and google, but have not found that yet.
I know that this won't solve the problem there most likely is, but it would at least be a quickfix while I solve the real problem.
