Upgrade gantry + missing documentation

Hi there,
I love gantry, but I didn't found any detailes (documentation) about what are those gantry "packages", a kind of how to.
I am a webdesigner and I build templates starting from the latest rocketlauncher package.
But after that? Which are the next steps into manage a "gantry site" ?
When a new gantry version has released, I install (on my sites) only "gantry_joomla_framework" using joomla installer.
This is the correct procedure?
I need to know what are "joomla_bootstrap", "joomla_system_plugin", "bundle" packages ?
Should be installed/updated ? And how ?

yes, we've been meaning to update the docs on this.. a quick outline is:
gantry bundle - template + framework + plugin
gantry rocketlauncher - joomla + template + framework + plugin + sample data (ready to roll site)
gantry sources - fireworks source files for gantry default template
gantry template - just the sample template
gantry system plugin - plugin to help with caching of gantry framework
gantry bootstrap - bootstrap file, generally never needed
gantry framework - just the framework

ok, thank you for the info
the second question was : after build a site using gantry rocketlauncher (joomla + template + framework + plugin + sample data), to be up to date which is the next step when the new gantry is available ?
Install only the gantry framework ? or either gantry system plugin (this is new on the gantry package) ?

- usually (99% of the time) it's just the framework. The plugin rarely changes. If it did change, we would indicate that in the news item. I'm going to look at always including the plugin in the framework just to be safe.
