ERROR AFTER UPDATING TO GANTRY 3.1.4 In TEMPLATE CTRL PANEL

I am getting the following error after update to the latest gantry framework 3.1.4 in the administrator template control panel for Panacea template, the template control panel is frozen, can't take any mouse intpu. please help asap

hi there,
did you try different browsers? if your site was on a live server, then you could send us your link and super admin details to take a closer look.
otherwise you can revert back to gantry 3.0.12 which should have no issues with panacea.
uninstall your current gantry under > extensions > install/uninstall > components > gantry...
to go back to gantry 3.0.12, download and install the last file in this list:

I'm experiencing similar after updating gantry and crystalline package.
not able to toggle any of the switches across multiple broswers
Template control panel won't take mouse inputs. My debug in the global config is off.
Actions taken
Upgraded to Gantry v3.1.4
Downgraded to 3.1.2 and 3.1.1 with no change
installed cache cleaner.. Have cleaned my admin cache and broswer caches. No change
Suggestions?

SOLVED UPDATED:
USING MY FF ERROR CONSOLE, THE PLUGIN JQUERY INTEGRATOR WAS KILLING THE TOGGLES ON THE ADMIN CPANEL. .
