Gantry does not show Chinese character normally

- I use the same template Crystalline to show the difference between versions of Gantry.
  
  When I use Gantry 3.0.4, the Traditional Chinese characters is normally. (zh_TW)
  
  This image is hidden for guests.

  After I install Gantry 3.1.5 and 3.1.6, those Traditional Chinese characters becomes strange things.

  I suppose that Gantry need to debug for the zh_TW language.

  i tried to find the chinese language pack on the joomla extensions directory but did not find it.

  If we need to dig deeper, we'll ask for back end access....
  
  But for now, seems it could be an issues with the language pack, database collations, or your browser settings.
  
  (Impossible to test without a link.)
  
  And make sure your language pack is A) the latest, and accredited....

  [Also note not every field will be translated with the current versions of Gantry. Your first screen shot looks 'normal' for what is available now, the second one makes me ask the questions above...]

- The theme is normal in my front end.
  The error only occur in some parts of back end.
  My language pack is the latest and accredited.
  The database collation(UTF8) and browser settings are all OK.
  
  Therefore I guess that something is wrong in the newer version of Gantry 3.
  In earlier version of Gantry, for example Gantry 3.0.4, the back end is normal.
  
  Would you please install the zh_TW language pack and test on it?

  thanks for the links. i tried the admin language pack with gantry 3.1.7 and i am not seeing an issue. maybe an upgrade would help you to get this fixed.

- I upgrade Gantry to 3.1.7.
  The problem still exists.
  I do not have the idea about how to solve.
  
  Do you have any other idea?
  Or wait for Gantry 4.0 ?

  can you try to create a subfolder on the same server and install the tachyon 1.5.2 rocketlauncher there? then add the admin language pack and see if you still have the same issue.
  
  i tested on that tachyon 1.5.2 rocketlauncher. if you still see the issue there then i believe it's your server setup or database.

  In install the Tachyon 1.5.2 RocketLauncher.
  And then install the language pack.
  
  The Chinese Character in zh_TW encoding is still wrong in the back end of Tachyon theme.
  
  I do not know how to solve this problem. (Server? or Database?)
  Is there any other idea?
  
  But why Gantry 3.0.4 is OK ?
  I do not know the difference (language encoding related code) between v3.0.4 and v3.1.8.
