Override Gantry CSS on single page

I am not a very familiar with CSS, but have been trying to learn the rules with this issue I've been having, and am stuck as to what to do.

I have determined that in Gantry the "Body Style" is affecting style.css of my smf template and have replace the Body Link color with just #. This resulted in my SMF style.css to return.
My question is how can I make my style.css from SMF take priority over the Gantry CSS for just the frameless page. As you can see there are more issues than just the text color, as the padding is off as well.
