  • SOLVED modify content-bottom position layout

    • I would like to set two content bottom positions so that each uses 50% of the width of the mainbody. It is not configurable in the template manager and if I only publish two modules they seem to have a 60%/40% split. Can it be done or am I trying to solve the unsolvable?

    • Hi Graham,

      Gantry uses 12 or 16 column layouts so 50% split is possible by using Gantry admin to select either 6|6 or 8|8 layout when 2 modules are published.

    • Little disappointing that some code couldn't be posted here to make this (annoying) manual process easier, instead of posting a link to another place we have to search for a solution to this (infuriating) problem.

      Any way you can post some code here to help us with that? I'm trying to do the same thing as the original poster - I can't figure out where to change the 6|6 or 8|8 Gandtry Admin setting you're talking about....

      What width have you set your mainbody to? If this is an odd number then 50/50 split has to be manually coded.

      Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.
