SOLVED Custom CSS Caching Issue

Hi,
I've just added mycustomstyle.css & mycustomstyle.php as per this tutorial http://www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=337&t=106162&rb_v=viewtopic , however I am having some caching issues which are preventing the css changes from appearing.
I've had this issue before ( www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=39..._v=viewtopic#p677747 ) however in this case it isn't caused by the RokGZipper-plugin .
I've double checked that the following are disabled:
Global Config - GZip Compression
Global Config - Cache Settings
Plugin Manager - System-Cache
Template Details - Gantry Cache
Template Details - Gantry GZipper
Plugin Manager - RokGantry Cache
Plugin Manager - System-RokGZipper
Any idea why the CSS changes still aren't showing up?
(Joomla 1.7.2 - cannot provide a URL as this issue is occurring on a local install)

Can't think of anything else than server or browser cache.
I assume that all paths and permissions are correct though. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

- Thanks for your help Prim, it turns out that it was a lack of caffeine/sleep problem (i.e., nothing was wrong, but I have learnt that .module-content .categories-modulebox1 h5 is NOT the same as .module-content .categories-modulebox1 h4). Sorry for wasting your time!
