Adjust Position for BuddyBar

Hi,
I need to move my BuddyBar from the very top of the browser to just underneath the main menu. I would also like to center the BudduBar contents to fit the content area of my site.
Would someone be able to tell me which file I need to edit and where to achieve this? I have a very basic understanding of PHP and CSS.
There is a pic attached along with information about my site.

- Hi, I can't see the buddybar on your site, maybe I have to be logged in. I checked one of my installed and tested this, should be the same for you. Find the buddybar.css file - wp-content -> plugins -> buddypress -> bp-core -> css -> buddybar.css. On line 1 there is the code for #wp-admin-bar with a property of top:0; - change the zero to a pixel height, like top:55px; to push it down. Change the number to suit your needs. Hope that helps.
